About Me

I am Jackie Tyler. I studied Maths at Cambridge University (many moons ago!) and for the last 15 years I have been a Maths tutor, founding Tyler Tutoring, and working with students as they prepare for their GCSE and A Level Maths and Further Maths exams.

For the last few years my focus has been helping students prepare for university entrance exams in Maths, predominantly the STEP, TMUA and MAT exams. As well as my own students I have worked as a tutor for The Oxbridge Formula and The Profs, as well as volunteering with The Access Project.

In 2024 I shared some of my resources with Rob Drew who made videos of the solutions on his YouTube channel and the response was very positive with many students contacting me to ask for more resources. I made these all freely available on a shared Google Drive, with the intention of setting up a website at some point. And thanks to student Taha Kahn (contact.mtaha@gmail.com), who volunteered to help me plan the design and structure of this website, these resources are now immediately available to anyone.
