TMUA Extra Resources
In addition to the main TMUA topic resources, here are some extra worksheets I have developed which are either TMUA style questions on GCSE level maths such as probability, or multi-topic worksheets focusing on a particular style of question or technique.
Abstract Functions:
Notes and TMUA style questions on functions that are not explicitly defined, or only partially defined.
Probability and Statistics:
TMUA style questions covering conditional probability, and the mean...
Combinatorics:
including combinations and permutations; the choose function; distinct / indistinguishable objects; distribution into bins; distributing part of a set; stars and bars method; repetition and restrictions.
Number Theory:
including divisibility rules, remainders, prime factors, equations with integer solutions.

JZMaths - I have just discovered this website which provides amazing access to free TMUA resources as well as an exam simulator so you can practise taking papers online which is how you will take the actual exam. As well as pretty difficult original mock papers, there is also a very comprehensive section on Proof and Logic, with lots of worksheets so that you can really get to grips with the concepts needed for Paper 2. I've just started collaborating with Joe and I am delighted that he has offered to host my mock papers on his exam simulator.
R2Drew2 - YouTube videos on a variety of maths topics plus past papers including TMUA, MAT, STEP, A Levels, UKMT Challenges and much more. ​​

Oxford Livestream - The University of Oxford is offering a series of free weekly Livestreams starting 11th June 2026, similar to those run in previous years, discussing maths problems and problem-solving strategies. The resources are freely available to access and download, including topic based worksheets, containing revision notes and questions, and you don't need to be applying to Oxford to benefit from these.
MAT Question 1 - Mathematics Admission Test, papers from 2007 to 2025. These were taken by applicants for maths and computer science at Oxford University (before Oxford switched to using the TMUA in 2026). The 10 multiple choice questions that make up Question 1 are similar to those in the TMUA. ​
ECAA Section 1 past papers - Economics Admissions Assessment, papers from 2016 to 2021. These were used before the TMUA was adopted as the standard entrance exam for economics. In my opinion, the questions in Part B are often similar to TMUA questions.

ENGAA Section 1 past papers - Engineering Admissions Assessment Section 1 from 2016 to 2022. These contain questions on both maths and physics, so obviously only the maths questions are relevant. The advanced maths questions in Part B are often similar to TMUA questions.

Madas Maths - for topic based worksheets with fantastic step-by-step worked solutions. (Particularly useful ones can be found under Standard Topics, including Polynomials, Functions, Curve Sketching, Binomial Expansion, Exponentials and Logarithms, Transformation of Graphs, Modulus Function and many more).
UKMT - for general problem solving practice - try the Senior Maths Challenge.
